On the 28th of June we hosted a very important event – the Education and Business joint conference of Employers of Pomerania, Gdańsk University and Olivia Business Centre.
The series of Education and Business conferences started in 2013. This event focused on the themes of creativity and innovation.
We noted, with great pleasure, that among the speakers at the event were at least 3 people associated with O4! Marcin Kowalik (Black Pearls Advisory SA) tried to answer the question of whether the Polish economy can be innovative. Anna Hryniewicz from Job Office (a resident of our partner – Olivia Connect) demonstrated that the innovativeness of the company should be combined with an important aspect – managing employee talents. The chairman of Lufthansa Systems, a company that operates in our coworking as a part of project development, has shown that innovation (including innovation in the culture and values of the company) is a major competitive advantage.
The conference addressed many topics related to business coaching, the mind of a human and e-learning. During the event a real drone even appeared, which made the conference an unforgettable experience!
We are pleased that such conferences are a part of O4’s burgeoning schedule.
