How can I install a printer?
To use the printer, you need to install the appropriate driver and create an account. The community manager will help you with this.
In each of our spaces you will find laser printers with scanning and copying available. The cost of printing is added to invoices at the end of the billing period.
Remember not to print unnecessary documents, choose double-sided printing option and save toner!
How can I book a meeting room?
Easy! Go to your Cobot account, select the date you are interested in in the “Calendar” tab and confirm your reservation. And if you do not have an active Cobot account, just ask your community manager for help. You will have access to the room 15 minutes before the start of the reservation, so you will definitely have time to prepare 🙂

How can I invite guests?
The more, the merrier! If you are expecting a visitor, let us know. We will make sure that the building security does not cause any unnecessary problems. Also, remember to tell your guests to bring some form of ID.
Are you receiving guests at O4 Four? Let the reception desk know – we will prepare special access cards, and in case of problems we will lead lost people to the right place 🙂
Help, I’ve locked my card in! How do I get in my office?
It’s not a tragedy. A community manager will help you between 8:00 and 16:00. And if you’re unlucky and your card is left in the office when there’s no one at the reception, go to the building security.
I woul like to use coworking in another city. How can I do this?
Thanks to O4’s cooperation with Brain Embassy in Warsaw and Concordia in Poznań and Wrocław, you can use workspace in these cities for free.
Let your community manager know when and where you want to go. We will confirm your visit with our partners and… you’re all set!

Olivia Four – floors 0, 1 and 2
This is where most of the events that integrate our community take place. It is characterized by looseness and freedom. You can come here with your dogs, play Playstation or foosball.

The first coworking space in Poland created by women and for women, but men also feel at home here. A mix of offices and creative coworking space.

This is the newest space in O4. It has many nooks for quiet work, air-conditioned booths for conversations and a large green terrace.

The most prestigious of our spaces. Ideal when you need to impress your clients, or fancy a stylish work environment. For a quiet moment, we recommend the large chill room with a spectacular view of the city!

Parking spaces and commute
You can easily get to O4 by bus, tram or train – it’s a good way to avoid traffic jams. Many O4ians choose to bike – we have special facilities for them! However, if you have to come to us by car, you can use several parking lots:
Each parking lot has its own fee – you can find the current price list at this link. You can pay at the parking meter or via the MyOlivia app.
How can I purchase parking or a space for a bike/scooter?
If you have the MyOlivia app, you can rent a private bike locker in the changing room or garage, with optional access to a shower.
However, if you choose to come by car, you can purchase a one-time or monthly entry to the selected parking lot in the MyOlivia app.
Whichever option you choose, remember to ask your community manager to grant you access so that you can easily reach your vehicle. And of course, you can get an invoice for everything 🙂
I want to enter/exit, but the barrier won’t open! Help!
Be patient! The barriers open after reading the license plate.
If the barrier does not open, you should place your card on the reader.
If the barrier still does not open, you should ring the intercom and report the problem.
You always wait until the barrier reads the registration number of your car or card and only then can you enter or leave.
Collecting a ticket is a last resort if there is no other option.
Please note! The person in charge of parking spaces will check that all steps have been completed. If you enter the parking without following the above rules, it will not be possible to cancel the payment.
