InteliWISE in O4 Q&A.

InteliWISE develops and implements innovative software based on ideas on natural language and artificial intelligence patented in the United States. These include Virtual Assistant, Live Chat, Help Desk, which are based on neural networks, NLP technology, and dynamic image animation and multi-lingual speech synthesis. In this way, InteliWISE helps to make websites more attractive, increase sales, build positive customer relationships and reduce service costs. InteliWISE is the only Polish company in the TOP10 global providers of “Virtual Agent” technology, according to the leading independent analyst firm Forrester Research.

We know most about: creating solutions, communication and business support.
What others can learn from us: it is certainly our technical expertise in IT field. Our solutions are present in the websites of many customers who as a result are selling their products to the customers. We are therefore a provider of business services in the unique position of having our services used daily by customers. We are also experienced in running marketing campaigns by targeting customers on sites.
Our biggest success is: T-mobile, which until recently we were still developing. Our most far-reaching solution is in cooperation with Castorama, with whom we not only sell technology, but also provide the service. Our people play a role as the chat and call center operators, helping customers to place orders in the shop.
Our ideal client is: one that knows what they want, is able to respond quickly to changes, and is open to suggestions.
Our plans for the future? Serving intelligent and far-reaching solutions in IT.
